Is there a minimum commitment?
We ask for a 3-month minimum to give your AI systems time to bed in and for us to demonstrate meaningful results. After that, the partnership is month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days notice. Most clients stay well beyond 3 months because the ROI compounds over time.
What's included in "small new implementations"?
Small implementations are scoped additions to existing systems — adding a new FAQ to your chatbot, building an extra automation step, connecting a new tool to an existing workflow. Full new systems (like a brand new voice agent) are scoped and priced separately, with partnership clients receiving a preferential rate.
Can I pause the partnership if my business has a slow month?
Yes. Partners can pause once per year for up to 30 days without penalty — handy for seasonal businesses or periods where you're heads-down on something else. Just give us two weeks' notice before your pause date.
