Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at usefuturo.com or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Futuro.

2. Services Description

Futuro provides AI consulting and implementation services for small businesses, including but not limited to: AI chatbot development and deployment, workflow automation, lead capture systems, voice AI agents, and ongoing AI optimization partnerships. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.

3. Payment & Fees

Project fees are agreed upon before work begins and outlined in a written proposal. Standard payment terms:

• 50% deposit due before project kickoff
• 50% balance due upon project completion or delivery
• Monthly retainer services billed at the start of each month
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified

Discovery calls and AI Readiness Audits are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, workflows, and configurations built specifically for your business. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts with third-party platforms (OpenAI, Zapier, Make, Calendly, etc.) used in your AI systems. Futuro retains the right to use general methodologies and non-proprietary techniques in future client work.

5. Client Responsibilities

To deliver your project successfully, you agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, platforms, and information
• Review and provide feedback on deliverables within agreed timeframes
• Ensure your use of AI systems complies with applicable laws
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in AI systems you operate

6. Limitation of Liability

Futuro's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. AI systems, by nature, can make errors — we build systems with quality in mind but cannot guarantee perfect accuracy in all circumstances.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel a project at any time. If you cancel after work has begun, you will be billed for work completed to date. Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 14 days written notice. Deposits are non-refundable after project kickoff unless Futuro fails to deliver the agreed scope.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during the course of our engagement. This includes business data, customer information, pricing, and proprietary processes. This obligation survives the termination of any project agreement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
